dear journal ,[/font][/color]

so, today was the first day of my new life and personally, it was rather crap at the start. after getting off a twenty four hour boat trip, with hardly any sleep or any food, i couldn't really find my way around onyx harour. i mean, come on, i've never been there before, i don't have a map, what do people expect? so i go up and ask this nice old man for some directions, turned out he was like, the spawn of statan or something because he swore at me and threatened me to get away from him overwise he would do some horrific shit to me. what a rude little prick, he had no right to talk to me like that!

anyway, i managed to find my way to the lab in the end and then, my day looked up. i met a lab assistant called lucy, who showed me the place where all the starter pokémon are kept. there were so many pokéballs there and there were so many i would have loved to take with me and someday have in my team. sandshrew, bulbasaur, squirtle, cyndaquil and chikorita were among my favorites. however, i had to go with the electric type pichu, there was a connection as soon as i held her pokéball and from then on, i knew she was going to be my partner. so i took her and i named her rosette, which means 'little rose' in french. i'm now on the boat which is taking me to emerald island, i can't believe this is happening and i can't wait to set foot on the first island.
