Phoebe is a natural redhead. Not the bright, lollipop shade, but more a darker, more natural, deeper red. It grows like a beanstalk, but Phoebe likes it cut just below her shoulders. She once experimented with boy-cut, and couldn’t stand it - she couldn’t fiddle with any of her scarlet locks. Her hair is unruly and disobedient, but that’s her style; slightly dishevelled and bedheady. Phoebe doesn’t go for the sleek, glamourous look – what with her past, she never had the time, and her style became part of her routine. It’s part of her, a part of her soul, even.
Phoebe’s eyes are hazel, and always flitting from brown to green. At times, they are a murky, chocolate shade, but in a few hours they might be emerald green. It depends on the lighting, and the redhead’s mood. The green usually appears when she’s happy or excited, but if she’s brooding or upset, they’ll darken into the brown. She uses her favourite, thick mascara: Lucky Lashes. The name is a bit tacky, but Phoebe has used that same brand since she was 13. It’s waterproof and thick attributes have saved her time and effort in her street days. It’s more than a mascara tube, now; it’s one of her most important possessions. She is always seen with a tube poking out of her pocket or grasped in her hand – the feel of it relaxes her.
Phoebe’s skin is slightly tanned. She did live most of her life outside in the streets, so there’s no wonder she caught a bit of the sun. She has freckles sprinkled lightly around her body – around two on each limb, four on her back and two on her torso. Her face, strangely, is freckle-free. Her face is heart-shaped, and her lips are a natural, slightly red colour, mostly always upturned in a cute smile. Phoebe looks quite very cute-pretty for a 19 year old, but don’t let that fool you. She stands at an average teenage height of 5’7.
